Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it.
You can email us or use the contact form in order to arrange your return.
Please note that we do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. The product and the packaging must be in the same condition in which you have received it. The products must be unused and in their original packaging.
We will send you a notification by email when we receive your return and when we have processed it. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
