Yes, we sell all our earrings per pair. However, mixing and matching jewellery can be beautiful with our color tones, so dare to order more than one pair and wear them in different combinations!

All our necklaces are made with the possibility to be extended. You can see the length of each necklace in the product description of every piece, but you can always adjust the length up to 5cm longer.

Many pieces from our collection are handmade, but not all of them! We also collaborate with suppliers from all over the world, ensuring that we find the products with the best quality for you!

We do our best to bring all our popular items back in stock. So, you can email us, or drop us an Instagram message and we will let you know if and in how much time the item you want will be back in stock.

Our jewellery is made to last long, and water does not harm it. However, being mindful of your Helios products can make them  last even longer. Avoid exposure of your jewellery to perfume, chlorine or other substances as this can cause the colours to fade. Read more on how to care for your jewellery here.

No, but although Helios exists only online, there are still many ways that you can stay in touch with us, and we always make sure that we help you as much as possible.

We are shipping every order the day after the order was placed. Delivery time is different based on your location. Please check all the delivery information and fees here.

Outside of the EU there is a possibility that your order will be subject to duties and taxes. Please note that Helios does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. As a customer, you will be responsible for any of these fees.

Our jewellery is shipped in letterboxes, so a signature is not required to receive your package.
